We believe early childhood education is of the utmost importance to children as it provides them with a foundation for life.

Pinellas Early Childhood Association (PECA) is an affiliate of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). As a board and member driven professional child care association, we provide various services to our members and those within the community ranging from Continuing Education Units, to networking, and advocacy.

Our goal is to positively impact the early childhood education industry within Pinellas County, Florida, through services and community involvement.
